Whole Property

3 Night Minimum ($850.00 per Night)

7 Night Minimum ($800.00 per Night)

Cleaning Fee $500

- Whole property rates for 16 people

- 8 guests for 3 bedroom house, and 4 guests for each apartment

- $25.00  charge for per additional  guest per night

- Maximum 20 guest for the Whole Property, 

- On property parking

- All rates subject to applicable state taxes

POLICIES

- Payment Options: Cashiers/Registered Check, Personal/Business Check, Money Order

- Check in 3:00 PM / Check out 12:30pm

- A one week minimum reservation is required for reservations during the Holidays

(Thanksgiving thru January 7).

- No pets. 

- Smoking outdoors only.

- $500.00 deposit   

- The Deposit is not part of the rent and is used to confirm the reservation and held as security 

- All rates subject to change
 

Reservation Policy

1) Deposit of $500.00 for the whole property, which includes two (2) one-bedroom apartments and one (1) three-bedroom house is due within seven (7) days of commitment to rent.

2) The deposit has a twofold purpose: a) Secure the reservation and b) ensure that the property is left in good condition without damage.

3) The deposit will be mailed back to you within fourteen (14) business days of checkout.

 

4) The rent is due nine (9) weeks in advance of the check-in date.

 

5) Number and names of occupants will be submitted within 2 days of check in. 

 

6) Occupants may not sublet, have additional occupants or allow someone else to occupy the unit. 

 

7) No Smoking

 

8) In deference to our neighbors, large gatherings such as weddings, birthday parties, graduations parties etc. are not permitted.

 

CANCELLATION 

50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.

100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.

 

TERMINATION 

1)     Should occupants sublet or let anyone else occupy the unit or replace themselves as tenants. 

2)     If owner receives complaints for excessive noise or other disturbances, the owner retains the right to terminate the rental agreement.
